Welcome to My RTB App! By using our mobile application, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the My RTB app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of the App You may use the My RTB app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions.

3. Account Registration In order to access certain features of the app, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

4. User Content You retain ownership of any content you submit or upload to the My RTB app. By posting or sharing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute the content for the purposes of operating and promoting the app.

5. Intellectual Property The My RTB app and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the app without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties The My RTB app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content available on the app.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the My RTB app.

8. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the My RTB app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Free Listing Trial – MyRTB Launch Offer

Effective Date: 1 August 2025

As part of the MyRTB launch promotion, all new business, organisation, and non-profit listings created between 1 August 2025 and 30 November 2025 will be provided free of charge on a trial basis.

1. Trial Period
   The free listing trial is valid until 30 November 2025. From 1 December 2025, the standard annual listing fee of R1,500 (inclusive of VAT) will apply to all active listings.

2. Continuation of Listing
   Invoices for the annual listing fee will be issued on or after 1 December 2025. All payments must be received by 15 December 2025 in order to maintain the listing. Listings that remain unpaid after this date will be removed from the MyRTB app and website without further notice.

3. Eligibility
   The free trial is open to businesses, services, schools, places of worship, and non-profit organisations located in or serving the Rustenburg area. MyRTB reserves the right to decline any listing request that does not meet our directory guidelines or community standards.

4. Optional Paid Features
   The free trial includes a standard business listing. Optional features, such as event promotion or specials promotion, are not included in the trial and will be charged at the standard rates during the trial period if selected.

5. Amendments
   MyRTB reserves the right to amend or withdraw the free listing trial at any time, provided that any changes will not affect listings already approved during the trial period.
